Background
Tininyangi Outgrower Business (OB) Network is located at the Nalerigu, capital town of the North East Region of Ghana.
Purpose of Establishment
Tininyangi OB Network was established in January 2018 and serves as business associations for OBs, build their capacity, provide business linkages and advocate for their members.
Members
The network has 18 members (16 males and 2 females)) and supports 4,196 smallholder farmers (1,912 males and 2,284 females).
Our Vision
To have a well organised and sustained association capable of producing to meet the market demand and beyond.
Our Mission
To work with all stakeholders for information and resources that improves our production and market through a strong financial backbone to our businesses, improve the livelihoods of rural smallholder farmers; contribute to policy direction for a transformed agriculture.

Objectives
Promote and protect members’ businesses to ensure sustainability and, also to bring about the spirit of corporation and understanding among members that enhance business gains by providing a strong network of stakeholder linkages, share ideas and mutual support to promote the contribution of out grower businesses at the community level, within the district and the country at large.
Services
The network provides services to 4196 smallholder farmers in the production of maize, rice, soya and groundnut such as ploughing, threshing, marketing and inputs with repayment in-kind after harvest.
Business Ventures and Partnerships
The network has strong collaboration with MoFA and also, business contracts with OCP Fertilizer Ghana. In addition, the network has capacity on governance structure, total quality advocacy financial management, and relationship with financial institutions such as GN bank.
